How to Become a Program Provider

We’re excited to help you learn how to become a program provider of Living Well and Working Well with a Disability.  Becoming a provider starts with arranging for members of your staff to be trained as certified Living Well and/or Working Well facilitators.

If you are considering becoming a licensed Living Well or Working Well provider, the following links will provide you with information.  Learn how to choose a site for the Living and Working Well workshops, how to plan for accessibility, how to recruit participants and how to conduct a workshop.
